Dwelled in Zhengzhou, Henan in Mainland China, this residential area sprawls over 400 acres, with multiple types of public facilities besides over 30 residential towers.

Shenzhen Songgang Renovation

With the original village situated at the north-western corner of Shenzhen, this renovation consisted of several residential towers as well as massive street-side commercial volumns.

Conghua Fenger Village Renovation

Sitting at the shoulder of a busy express way, the Fenger Village needed a new appearance over their entrance, intergrating a bus-terminal and village office along the way. We proposed facade renovation design according to local culture, embeded with the vision of a flourishing tourism business.

Hanyu Commercial Complex

This project is located not far from our previous Tianyue Bay residential project, as an abundant supplement for the surrouding residential areas. This commercial complex consists of shopping mall, cinema, a huge and cozy open roof platform, and two apartment towers.
